SailFem<\/em><\/strong> is a pioneering initiative that brings together women sailing coaches to strengthen their role in the sport. Hosted in collaboration with national and international partners, it focuses on leadership development, skill-building, and creating a strong support network for women in coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n
