An initiative by the Hellenic Sailing Federation, Women in Sailing aims to inspire and empower women of all ages through the sport of sailing. With a strong focus on gender equality, the program promotes inclusion, participation, and leadership for women in all areas of the sport.

"Empowering and Connecting Women Sailing Coaches in Greece"

SailFem is a pioneering initiative that brings together women sailing coaches to strengthen their role in the sport. Hosted in collaboration with national and international partners, it focuses on leadership development, skill-building, and creating a strong support network for women in coaching.

"Mindset Toolbox for Sailing Coaches"

Developed with Evolving Minds, this interactive workshop equips coaches with tools to build confidence, manage emotions, and communicate effectively — empowering them to support young sailors both on and off the water.

"Promoting Sailing in our Society"

Discover Sailing is an inspiring initiative designed to bring the joy and values of sailing closer to our society. Through visits to schools and sports clubs — or by inviting young students to experience our sailing facilities — we aim to introduce children and youth to the world of sailing. Our goal is to promote an active, inclusive lifestyle while nurturing respect for nature, teamwork, and self-confidence through hands-on activities and direct contact with the sport.
