A Christmas Gift of Life for our little Dionysia–Styliani
Dionysia-Styliani is a wonderful 4-year-old girl whom I love as if she were part of my own family. From a very young age, she has had to fight battles no child should ever have to face.
At just 16 months old, she was diagnosed with the rare genetic disorder Aicardi-Goutières Syndrome Type II, which affects the central nervous system. By 11 months, she had lost all the developmental milestones she had worked so hard to achieve — movement, stability, and her first sounds.
Despite all these challenges, our little girl remains full of light, strength, and a beautiful smile. To move safely, attend her therapies, and participate in daily life, she now needs a specialized wheelchair tailored to her needs. This wheelchair is not just a practical necessity. It is her freedom, her dignity, and her quality of life. With Christmas approaching, my greatest wish is for all of us to come together and offer her this gift of life. But to make this happen, we truly need your support.
💙 Every contribution — no matter how small or large — helps bring Dionysia-Styliani one step closer to a brighter, more comfortable everyday life.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your love and support. Your help means more than you can ever imagine.

Strong Performance at the Hansa 303 European Championship in Sneek
What an unforgettable week of sailing at the Hansa 303 European Championship 2024 in Sneek, Netherlands, hosted by KWS Sneek! Our team gave its all, finishing 9th overall in a highly competitive fleet, and we remain more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward toward the top.
This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible teamwork and dedication of Stratos Achlatis, who once again shared this journey with determination and spirit. A special thanks to Despina Knithaki, the heart of our team, whose unwavering care and support keep us grounded and focused — we’re truly grateful for everything she does.
We are also deeply thankful to our sponsor, PRODEA Investments, for consistently standing by us in every international challenge. And of course, our gratitude goes to the Hellenic Sailing Federation for their continuous support in our efforts to proudly represent Greece on the world stage.
The journey continues — with passion, resilience, and the wind in our sails.

11th “Celebrity Beach Volleyball Game” by W.I.N. Hellas – United Against Gender-Based Violence
On Wednesday, July 3, W.I.N. Hellas hosted the 11th “Celebrity Beach Volleyball Game” at the beach of the former camping site in Voula, next to The C Beach, under the auspices of the Municipality of Vari–Voula–Vouliagmeni.
The event brought together public figures from sports and entertainment in a powerful show of support against domestic violence and the abuse of women. Organized by W.I.N. Hellas President Manta Tsangia-Papadakou and her team, the match was dedicated—as every year—to women’s empowerment and public awareness.

Introducing Nautical Sports and Olympic Values to Young Campers in Elliniko–Argyroupoli
Over 100 children participating in the Summer Camp of the Municipality of Elliniko–Argyroupoli had the unique opportunity to explore the world of nautical sports and the Olympic Games through an engaging and interactive experience.
Greek Olympians Vasilis Polimeros, Chrysa Biskitzi, and Sofia Papadopoulou, along with national champions Angelou Athanasiadis Kaoudis, Isabella Gatt, Marianna Gatt, Pietro Gobbi, Yiannis Moratis (canoe/kayak), and Akis Spyrou (sailing), introduced the children to sports traditionally nurtured and developed with excellence by our club.
With great enthusiasm, the young participants got hands-on with equipment, explored each sport’s unique features, and learned about the values of teamwork, perseverance, and fair play — the heart of both sport and Olympism.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to inspiring the next generation through education, inclusion, and the spirit of sport.
